Shipping policy
Items will be shipped in 5 days after the orders are confirmed. For pre-order items, check each page for information on shipping dates.
"Ship with a future order" Settings
If you select “ship with a future order" as your preferred shipping method, your items will be on hold at our storage until a follow-up order with shipping fees selected has been made. This option is used to combine multiple orders over time and save shipping fees.
Your order can be stored for a maximum of six months and cannot be refunded for any reason. In case you wish to have your order shipped without combining it with a future order, you will be asked to pay for regular shipping fees.
